We are committed to providing you with a reliable and seamless GPS tracking services. To maintain this level of service, we continuously invest in upgrading and improving our system infrastructure. This includes regular maintenance to prevent disruptions to our tracking services and ensure the smooth functioning of our devices and network.
If an outage happens, we will provide as much advance notice as possible, except in emergency situations.
During a planned service outage, we may also send notifications to update you about any issues that arise, which could affect the time when tracking services are fully restored. However, such instances are rare. Please note that if you use notifications via landline phones, they may not function during service disruptions.
